Puisque cet usage ne fit pas l\u2019objet d\u2019une directive rabbinique en bonne et due forme, on vit appara\u00eetre, \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9poque des Gu\u00e9onim, des coutumes diff\u00e9rentes en mati\u00e8re de <em>haqafot<\/em>. \u00c0 l\u2019\u00e9poque des Richonim, se fixa une coutume unique pour tout Isra\u00ebl.<\/p>\n<p>On place le <em>s\u00e9fer-Torah<\/em> sur la <em>bima<\/em> <sup><a id=\"_te01ftnref5_i\" class=\"aup1\" href=\"#_te01ftn5_i\">[i]<\/a><\/sup>, et toute l\u2019assembl\u00e9e se saisit de ses quatre esp\u00e8ces, entourant chaque jour la <em>bima<\/em> une fois, puis, le septi\u00e8me jour, sept fois. La raison pour laquelle on entoure le rouleau de la Torah est que, apr\u00e8s la destruction du Temple, l\u2019\u00e9tude de la Torah vient en lieu et place de l\u2019autel. En effet, celui qui \u00e9tudie les paragraphes de la Torah relatifs aux sacrifices est consid\u00e9r\u00e9 comme s\u2019il les apportait sur l\u2019autel. Au fil des g\u00e9n\u00e9rations, des pri\u00e8res sp\u00e9ciales furent\u00a0 compos\u00e9es pour les <em>haqafot<\/em>, o\u00f9 sont m\u00eal\u00e9es les supplications <em>Ana\u2026 hochi\u2019a na<\/em> et <em>Ani Va-hou hochi\u2019a na<\/em>. On les r\u00e9cite avant les <em>haqafot<\/em>, durant celles-ci, ainsi qu\u2019apr\u00e8s, chaque communaut\u00e9 suivant sa coutume.<\/p>\n<p>La coutume la plus r\u00e9pandue est qu\u2019un des fid\u00e8les tienne le rouleau de la Torah pendant toutes les <em>haqafot<\/em> (\u2018Hida, <em>Peri M\u00e9gadim<\/em>). Dans certaines communaut\u00e9s s\u00e9farades, on n\u2019est point exigeant \u00e0 cet \u00e9gard (<em>Kaf Ha\u2019ha\u00efm<\/em> 660, 6).<\/p>\n<p>Ceux qui n\u2019ont pas de <em>loulav<\/em> ne tournent pas autour de la <em>bima<\/em> (Rama 660, 2, <em>Birk\u00e9 Yossef<\/em>, <em>Kaf Ha\u2019ha\u00efm<\/em> 13). Puisqu\u2019il en est ainsi, certains ont coutume d\u2019installer un homme sans \u00a0<em>loulav <\/em>aupr\u00e8s du <em>s\u00e9fer-Torah<\/em>, \u00e0 c\u00f4t\u00e9 de la <em>bima<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>La procession se fait par la droite\u00a0; c\u2019est-\u00e0-dire que, lorsqu\u2019on se trouve face \u00e0 la <em>bima<\/em>, on prend \u00e0 droite (<em>Choul\u2019han \u2018Aroukh<\/em> 660, 1, <em>Michna Beroura<\/em> 3).<\/p>\n<p>Certains estiment que, de m\u00eame que pendant la mitsva de <em>n\u00e9tilat loulav<\/em>, il faut prendre le <em>loulav<\/em> de la main droite et le c\u00e9drat de la main gauche pendant les <em>haqafot<\/em>, en veillant \u00e0 ce qu\u2019ils se touchent l\u2019un l\u2019autre (<em>Roq\u00e9a\u2019h<\/em>, Maharil, <em>Ben Ich \u2018Ha\u00ef<\/em>). D\u2019autres pensent que, si l\u2019on a besoin de tenir son livre de pri\u00e8res d\u2019une main, on peut tenir de l\u2019autre les quatre esp\u00e8ces (<em>Yaf\u00e9 Lalev<\/em>, <em>Guinat Vradim<\/em>). Les deux coutumes sont bonnes.<\/p>\n<p>On a l\u2019usage de laisser l\u2019arche sainte ouverte pendant les <em>haqafot<\/em> (<em>Qitsour Choul\u2019han \u2018Aroukh<\/em> 137, 11).<\/p>\n<p>Quand il n\u2019y a pas de <em>s\u00e9fer-Torah<\/em>, certains disent que l\u2019on ne tourne pas autour de la <em>bima <\/em>(<em>Bikour\u00e9 Ya\u2019aqov<\/em> 660, 2). D\u2019autres pensent que l\u2019on tourne\u00a0 autour de la <em>bima<\/em>, m\u00eame sans <em>s\u00e9fer-Torah<\/em> (<em>Ben Ich \u2018Ha\u00ef, Haazinou<\/em> 15).<\/p>\n<p>La coutume s\u00e9farade et \u2018hassidique est de faire les <em>haqafot <\/em>entre la r\u00e9citation du Hallel et le Qadich <em>Titqabal<\/em> (<em>Kaf Ha\u2019ha\u00efm<\/em> 660, 4). Dans certaines communaut\u00e9s ashk\u00e9nazes, on a coutume de placer les <em>haqafot <\/em>apr\u00e8s la pri\u00e8re de Moussaf (<em>\u2018Olat R\u00e9\u00efya <\/em>II p. 370).<\/p>\n<p>Le Chabbat, on ne tourne pas autour de la <em>bima<\/em>. Certains ont coutume de r\u00e9citer des <em>Hocha\u2019not<\/em> <sup><a id=\"_te01ftnref5_j\" class=\"aup1\" href=\"#_te01ftn5_j\">[j]<\/a><\/sup>, d\u2019autres ne les r\u00e9citent pas le Chabbat (<em>Choul\u2019han \u2018Aroukh<\/em> 660, 3, <em>Kaf Ha\u2019ha\u00efm<\/em> 23).<\/p>\n<p>Certains auteurs estiment que l\u2019endeuill\u00e9, pendant l\u2019ann\u00e9e de deuil de son p\u00e8re ou de sa m\u00e8re, ne tourne pas autour de la <em>bima<\/em>, car ces <em>haqafot<\/em> furent institu\u00e9es pour la joie (Rama 660, 2, <em>Michna Beroura<\/em> 9). D\u2019autres pensent que l\u2019endeuill\u00e9, lui aussi, participe aux <em>haqafot<\/em> (<em>Beit Yossef<\/em>, Rabbi Isaac Louria, <em>\u2018Hay\u00e9 Adam<\/em> 148, 19). Tel est l\u2019usage de tous les S\u00e9farades et de nombreux Ashk\u00e9nazes (<em>Gu\u00e9cher Ha\u2019ha\u00efm <\/em>20, 3, 6).<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div>\n<hr size=\"1\" \/>\n<div><a id=\"_te01ftn5_i\" href=\"#_te01ftnref5_i\">[i]<\/a>.
