Et puisque l\u2019on a introduit, au centre de la p\u00e2te \u00e0 pain, une farce de fromage ou de viande, il n\u2019est pas habituel de fixer son repas l\u00e0-dessus, de sorte que la b\u00e9n\u00e9diction est <em>M\u00e9zonot<\/em> (<em>Tanya Rabbati <\/em>[trait\u00e9<em> Berakhot<\/em>],<em> Tour\u00e9 Zahav<\/em> 168, 20).<\/p>\n<p>D\u2019autres estiment que seules les p\u00e2tisseries fourr\u00e9es de choses sucr\u00e9es \u2013 telles que le sucre ou le pavot \u2013 sont consid\u00e9r\u00e9es comme <em>pat habaa b\u00e9khissanim<\/em>, dont la b\u00e9n\u00e9diction est <em>M\u00e9zonot<\/em>. Mais si la farce consiste en choses dont on a l\u2019habitude d\u2019agr\u00e9menter le pain, comme de la viande ou du fromage, il est habituel de fixer son repas sur une telle tourte, et son statut sera semblable \u00e0 celui du pain, dont la b\u00e9n\u00e9diction est <em>Hamotsi<\/em> (Rabbi Yechaya A\u2018haron <em>zal<\/em>, <em>Chn\u00e9 Lou\u2018hot Habrit<\/em>, et c\u2019est aussi ce qui ressort du <em>Choul\u2018han \u2018Aroukh<\/em> 168, 17).<\/p>\n<p>En pratique, la r\u00e8gle d\u00e9pend de la destination de la p\u00e2tisserie. S\u2019il s\u2019agit d\u2019une p\u00e2tisserie sur laquelle on a l\u2019habitude de fixer un repas, son statut sera celui du pain\u00a0: m\u00eame si l\u2019on n\u2019en mange qu\u2019un peu, on dira <em>Hamotsi<\/em> et <em>Birkat hamazon<\/em>. S\u2019il s\u2019agit d\u2019une p\u00e2tisserie qu\u2019il est habituel de manger comme collation entre les repas, les b\u00e9n\u00e9dictions seront <em>M\u00e9zonot<\/em> et <em>\u2018Al hami\u2018hia<\/em>, et c\u2019est seulement si l\u2019on fixe sur elle son repas que l\u2019on dira <em>Hamotsi<\/em> et <em>Birkat hamazon<\/em>. En g\u00e9n\u00e9ral, une telle p\u00e2tisserie, quand elle est grande, est destin\u00e9e \u00e0 \u00eatre ce sur quoi l\u2019on fixe son repas\u00a0; et quand elle est petite, on la prend comme en-cas. Mais s\u2019agissant des <em>bor\u00e9kas<sup><a id=\"_te01ftnref6_i\" class=\"aup1\" href=\"#_te01ftn6_i\">[i]<\/a><\/sup>, m\u00eame s\u2019ils sont grands, on dira <em>M\u00e9zonot<\/em>, du moment que l\u2019on ne fixe pas sur eux son repas. En effet, leur p\u00e2te en elle-m\u00eame diff\u00e8re beaucoup de celle du pain, car on y m\u00eale de l\u2019huile<sup><a id=\"_te01ftnref6_7\" class=\"aup1\" href=\"#_te01ftn6_7\">[7]<\/a><\/sup>.<br \/>\n<\/em><\/p>\n<div>\n<hr size=\"1\" \/>\n<div>\n<p><a id=\"_te01ftn6_i\" href=\"#_te01ftnref6_i\">[i]<\/a>. Feuillet\u00e9s \u00ab\u00a0ottomans\u00a0\u00bb, p\u00e2te feuillet\u00e9e fourr\u00e9e aux \u00e9pinards, au fromage, \u00e0 la pomme de terre, etc.<\/p>\n<p>&lt;<a id=\"_te01ftn6_7\" href=\"#_te01ftnref6_7\">[7]<\/a>. Selon le <em>Tanya Rabbati <\/em>et le <em>Tour\u00e9 Zahav<\/em> 168, 20, tout ce qui est fourr\u00e9 a pour b\u00e9n\u00e9diction <em>M\u00e9zonot<\/em>. Fait aussi partie de cette cat\u00e9gorie une tourte fourr\u00e9e \u00e0 la viande ou au fromage. C\u2019est aussi l\u2019avis de l\u2019<em>Elya Rabba<\/em> et du <em>Maguen Guiborim<\/em>. En revanche, le Rid et son petit-fils Rabbi Yechaya A\u2018haron estiment que, puisqu\u2019on a l\u2019habitude d\u2019accompagner le pain de viande ou de fromage, on devra dire <em>Hamotsi<\/em>, m\u00eame si l\u2019on a enfourn\u00e9 une tourte fourr\u00e9e de viande ou de fromage. C\u2019est aussi, \u00e0 premi\u00e8re lecture, le sens des propos du <em>Choul\u2018han \u2018Aroukh<\/em> 168, 17, comme l\u2019explique, dans son interpr\u00e9tation principale, le <em>Maguen Avraham<\/em> 44. C\u2019est encore l\u2019opinion du <em>Chn\u00e9 Lou\u2018hot Habrit<\/em>, du <em>Maamar Mordekha\u00ef<\/em>, du <em>Choul\u2018han \u2018Aroukh Harav<\/em> 168, 19 et du <em>Halikhot \u2018Olam<\/em> (<em>Pin\u2018has <\/em>12). Selon le <em>Ben Ich \u2018Ha\u00ef, Pin\u2018has<\/em> 20 et le <em>Kaf Ha\u2018ha\u00efm<\/em> 137, il faut, dans le doute, trancher comme le <em>Tour\u00e9 Zahav<\/em>, car si l\u2019on doute de devoir dire <em>M\u00e9zonot<\/em> ou <em>Hamotsi<\/em>, la b\u00e9n\u00e9diction est <em>M\u00e9zonot<\/em> (cf. note 2).<\/p>\n<p>Le <em>B\u00e9our Halakha<\/em> explique qu\u2019en r\u00e9alit\u00e9 ces auteurs ne sont pas oppos\u00e9s, car, si la p\u00e2tisserie est de celles sur lesquelles il est <em>habituel <\/em>de fixer un repas, on dira <em>Hamotsi<\/em>, m\u00eame si l\u2019on en mange peu\u00a0; et s\u2019il n\u2019est pas habituel de fixer son repas sur elle, on dira <em>M\u00e9zonot<\/em> si l\u2019on en mange une petite quantit\u00e9. Par cons\u00e9quent, en pratique, lorsqu\u2019il est habituel de fixer son repas sur cette pi\u00e8ce de p\u00e2tisserie, la b\u00e9n\u00e9diction sera <em>Hamotsi<\/em>, puisque telle est l\u2019opinion de la majorit\u00e9 des d\u00e9cisionnaires \u2013 et peut-\u00eatre de tous, si l\u2019on suit le <em>B\u00e9our Halakha<\/em>. Et s\u2019il n\u2019est pas habituel de fixer son repas sur cette pi\u00e8ce de p\u00e2tisserie, la b\u00e9n\u00e9diction, selon la majorit\u00e9 des d\u00e9cisionnaires, tels que le <em>B\u00e9our Halakha<\/em> les entend, sera <em>M\u00e9zonot<\/em>.
