Signification de <em>Ch\u00e9hakol<\/em>; question du doute"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Puisque la b\u00e9n\u00e9diction <em>Ch\u00e9hakol <\/em>est l\u2019expression d\u2019une louange g\u00e9n\u00e9rale envers Dieu, elle peut couvrir toutes les sortes d\u2019aliments. Si, par erreur, on a dit <em>Ch\u00e9hakol <\/em>sur un fruit de l\u2019arbre ou un fruit de la terre, et m\u00eame sur du pain, un g\u00e2teau ou du vin, on est quitte. Mais a priori, il faut dire pour chaque type de nourriture la b\u00e9n\u00e9diction qui lui est sp\u00e9cifique. Ce n\u2019est que lorsqu\u2019il existe un doute au sujet d\u2019un aliment d\u00e9termin\u00e9 \u2013 dit-on <em>Ch\u00e9hakol<\/em> ou quelque autre b\u00e9n\u00e9diction\u00a0? \u2013 que, pour sortir du doute, on dira <em>Ch\u00e9hakol<\/em> (<em>Choul\u2018han \u2018Aroukh<\/em> 204, 13\u00a0; 206, 1).<\/p>\n<p>Quand un doute se pr\u00e9sente au sujet d\u2019un fruit \u2013 sa b\u00e9n\u00e9diction est-elle <em>Ha\u2018ets<\/em> ou <em>Ha-adama<\/em>\u00a0? \u2013, on dit <em>Ha-adama<\/em> (cf. ci-dessus, \u00a7 2). Certes, si l\u2019on a dit <em>Ch\u00e9hakol<\/em>, on est quitte de son obligation\u00a0; mais il est pr\u00e9f\u00e9rable de dire <em>Ha-adama<\/em>, qui est une b\u00e9n\u00e9diction plus sp\u00e9cifique, puisqu\u2019elle exprime le fait qu\u2019il s\u2019agit d\u2019un fruit.<\/p>\n<p>Quand nous disons que, s\u2019il y a doute, on dit selon le cas <em>Ch\u00e9hakol<\/em> ou <em>Ha-adama<\/em>, ce n\u2019est que s\u2019il n\u2019y a personne que l\u2019on puisse interroger \u00e0 ce sujet, ou bien encore lorsqu\u2019il s\u2019agit d\u2019un doute qui n\u2019a pas \u00e9t\u00e9 tranch\u00e9 par la halakha. Mais quand il est possible de demander \u00e0 une personne vers\u00e9e dans la Torah quelle est la b\u00e9n\u00e9diction qui convient, il est interdit de dire, dans le doute, <em>Ch\u00e9hakol<\/em> ou <em>Ha-adama<\/em>\u00a0: il est obligatoire de v\u00e9rifier quelle b\u00e9n\u00e9diction on doit r\u00e9citer (<em>Choul\u2018han \u2018Aroukh Harav <\/em>202, 24, <em>Michna Beroura<\/em> 202, 84).<\/p>\n<p>Par principe, il est pr\u00e9f\u00e9rable de r\u00e9citer une b\u00e9n\u00e9diction sp\u00e9cifique pour chaque cat\u00e9gorie de nourriture, car chacune prodigue \u00e0 l\u2019homme une utilit\u00e9 et une jouissance exclusives\u00a0; et si l\u2019on disait, pour toutes ces sortes d\u2019aliments, une b\u00e9n\u00e9diction g\u00e9n\u00e9rique et indiff\u00e9renci\u00e9e, on ne donnerait pas expression \u00e0 l\u2019abondance de b\u00e9n\u00e9diction que l\u2019\u00c9ternel dispense au monde. D\u2019un autre c\u00f4t\u00e9, si l\u2019on disait sur la p\u00eache une b\u00e9n\u00e9diction particuli\u00e8re, sur l\u2019orange une autre b\u00e9n\u00e9diction particuli\u00e8re, et ainsi de suite pour chaque esp\u00e8ce, on ne prendrait pas conscience du propos g\u00e9n\u00e9ral que poursuit le Saint b\u00e9ni soit-Il en son monde, et l\u2019on se perdrait au milieu des incalculables d\u00e9tails que pr\u00e9sente le monde mat\u00e9riel. Par l\u2019institution de <em>berakhot <\/em>sp\u00e9cifiques aux diff\u00e9rentes <em>cat\u00e9gories<\/em> d\u2019aliments, nous donnons expression, d\u2019une part, \u00e0 la diversit\u00e9 de la b\u00e9n\u00e9diction divine, d\u2019autre part, au propos g\u00e9n\u00e9ral que poursuit l\u2019\u00c9ternel.<\/p>\n<p>La b\u00e9n\u00e9diction <em>Ch\u00e9hakol<\/em> est celle qui, par excellence, repr\u00e9sente cette th\u00e9matique g\u00e9n\u00e9rale. D\u2019un c\u00f4t\u00e9, elle n\u2019est gu\u00e8re sp\u00e9cifique, aussi son degr\u00e9 d\u2019\u00e9l\u00e9vation est-il moindre que d\u2019autres\u00a0; et tant que c\u2019est possible, il faut dire une b\u00e9n\u00e9diction sp\u00e9cifiant une cat\u00e9gorie d\u2019aliments. Mais de l\u2019autre, elle exprime l\u2019id\u00e9e g\u00e9n\u00e9rale\u00a0: \u00ab\u00a0Dieu, Roi de l\u2019univers, par la parole duquel <em>tout<\/em> advint\u00a0\u00bb. C\u2019est justement en cette b\u00e9n\u00e9diction que l\u2019on met l\u2019accent sur la source spirituelle de la Cr\u00e9ation\u00a0; car c\u2019est par le biais de la <em>parole<\/em> que le Saint b\u00e9ni soit-Il cr\u00e9a son monde.
