Sucre, produits \u00e0 base de soja, chocolat"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Pour le sucre, qu\u2019il soit produit \u00e0 partir de la canne \u00e0 sucre ou de la betterave sucri\u00e8re, on a coutume de dire <em>Ch\u00e9hakol<\/em>. Certes, cette question fut l\u2019objet d\u2019une controverse entre les plus grands Richonim\u00a0; selon nombre d\u2019entre eux, puisque la destination essentielle de la canne \u00e0 sucre et de la betterave sucri\u00e8re est de produire du sucre, la b\u00e9n\u00e9diction de ce dernier doit \u00eatre <em>Ha-adama<\/em>. Mais en pratique, on a coutume de dire <em>Ch\u00e9hakol\u00a0<\/em>: le sucre est si diff\u00e9rent des v\u00e9g\u00e9taux dont il est extrait qu\u2019on ne reconna\u00eet pas du tout qu\u2019il est produit \u00e0 partir d\u2019un fruit de la terre ou de la canne \u00e0 sucre. Or nous avons vu que, en mati\u00e8re de b\u00e9n\u00e9dictions, on suit l\u2019opinion commun\u00e9ment partag\u00e9e par les gens (<em>Choul\u2018han \u2018Aroukh<\/em> 202, 15, <em>Michna Beroura<\/em> ad loc.).<\/p>\n<p>De m\u00eame, sur des escalopes de soja \u00e0 la viennoise (<em>schnitzels<\/em>), des boulettes ou des saucisses faites de soja, on a coutume de dire <em>Ch\u00e9hakol<\/em>. De prime abord, il e\u00fbt convenu de dire <em>Ha-adama<\/em>, puisqu\u2019elles sont faites de f\u00e8ves de soja qui, majoritairement, sont cultiv\u00e9es afin d\u2019\u00eatre moulues puis, \u00e0 partir de cette mouture, accommod\u00e9es sous forme d\u2019aliments. Mais pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment parce que les f\u00e8ves de soja ont \u00e9t\u00e9 moulues, que l\u2019on ne reconna\u00eet pas du tout que ces mets proviennent du v\u00e9g\u00e9tal, et qu\u2019ils ressemblent davantage \u00e0 des sp\u00e9cialit\u00e9s \u00e0 base de viande, l\u2019usage est de r\u00e9citer <em>Ch\u00e9hakol<\/em>. Pour la m\u00eame raison, la b\u00e9n\u00e9diction du tofu (fromage de soja) est <em>Ch\u00e9hakol<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>De m\u00eame, pour le chocolat, on a coutume de dire <em>Ch\u00e9hakol<\/em>. Certains auteurs, il est vrai, pensent que, sur le chocolat noir, on doit dire <em>Ha\u2018ets<\/em>, puisqu\u2019il est fait \u00e0 partir de f\u00e8ves de cacao qui poussent sur des arbres, et que c\u2019est sous forme de chocolat qu\u2019il est d\u2019usage de consommer le cacao. De plus, selon ces auteurs, on reconna\u00eet que le chocolat provient des f\u00e8ves de cacao, car sa couleur est pareille \u00e0 celle du cacao. Mais, comme nous le disions, la coutume est de dire <em>Ch\u00e9hakol<\/em> sur le chocolat, car la f\u00e8ve de cacao a subi un grand changement par rapport \u00e0 sa forme premi\u00e8re, au point que l\u2019on ne reconna\u00eet pas que le chocolat provient d\u2019un fruit. De plus, en g\u00e9n\u00e9ral, le chocolat contient aussi du sucre et d\u2019autres ingr\u00e9dients, de sorte que le cacao ne forme que quarante pour cent du m\u00e9lange.<\/p>\n<p>Si, contrairement \u00e0 l\u2019usage, on a dit <em>Ha-adama<\/em> sur le sucre ou sur les produits du soja, ou encore <em>Ha\u2018ets<\/em> sur du chocolat, on est quitte (<em>Michna Beroura<\/em> 202, 76)<sup><a id=\"_te01ftnref8_8\" class=\"aup1\" href=\"#_te01ftn8_8\">[8]<\/a><\/sup>.<\/p>\n<div>\n<hr size=\"1\" \/>\n<div><a id=\"_te01ftn8_8\" href=\"#_te01ftnref8_8\">[8]<\/a>. La question relative \u00e0 ces trois aliments \u2013 sucre, produits du soja, chocolat \u2013 se pose de la mani\u00e8re suivante\u00a0: selon le <em>Choul\u2018han \u2018Aroukh<\/em> 203, 7 et 204, 11, pour un fruit qu\u2019il est habituel de manger apr\u00e8s qu\u2019on l\u2019a moulu, la b\u00e9n\u00e9diction reste semblable \u00e0 celle du fruit entier, quoiqu\u2019il ait \u00e9t\u00e9 enti\u00e8rement broy\u00e9. De m\u00eame, les Gu\u00e9onim d\u00e9cident que, sur du sucre de canne, on dit <em>Ha-adama<\/em>, voire <em>Ha\u2018ets<\/em>. Mais la coutume suit ici Ma\u00efmonide, selon qui la b\u00e9n\u00e9diction est <em>Ch\u00e9hakol<\/em>. Le <em>B\u00e9our Halakha<\/em> 202, 15 expose la r\u00e8gle \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9gard de la betterave sucri\u00e8re\u00a0: d\u00e8s lors que l\u2019on ne reconna\u00eet plus du tout que le sucre provient d\u2019un fruit, sa b\u00e9n\u00e9diction est <em>Ch\u00e9hakol<\/em>. (S\u2019agissant du sucre de canne, on trouve une autre explication, selon laquelle, avant de prendre sa forme d\u00e9finitive, le sucre de canne passe par l\u2019\u00e9tat de jus de fruit, lequel a pour b\u00e9n\u00e9diction <em>Ch\u00e9hakol<\/em>, comme nous le verrons ci-apr\u00e8s, \u00a7 15.)La r\u00e8gle est la m\u00eame pour les produits \u00e0 base de soja\u00a0: on ne voit en rien qu\u2019ils proviennent d\u2019une plante. Quant au chocolat, les h\u00e9sitations ont \u00e9t\u00e9 plus nombreuses, parce que sa couleur est pareille \u00e0 celle du fruit du cacaoyer dont il provient, comme le souligne le <em>Min\u2018hat Chelomo<\/em> 91, 2. Mais l\u2019auteur dudit ouvrage reconna\u00eet que la coutume est de dire <em>Ch\u00e9hakol<\/em>. La raison en est que son apparence est tr\u00e8s diff\u00e9rente de ce qu\u2019est initialement le fruit\u00a0: en plus de le broyer, on y m\u00eale du sucre et d\u2019autres ingr\u00e9dients\u00a0; or nous avons vu, au sujet de la confiture, que, selon le <em>Peri M\u00e9gadim<\/em> (202, <em>Michbetsot Zahav<\/em> 4) et d\u2019autres A\u2018haronim, quand un fruit a \u00e9t\u00e9 broy\u00e9 et qu\u2019on y a aussi m\u00eal\u00e9 d\u2019autres ingr\u00e9dients dot\u00e9s d\u2019une importance, sa b\u00e9n\u00e9diction est <em>Ch\u00e9hakol<\/em>.
