De m\u00eame, pour une tarte dont la base est faite de p\u00e2te, et sur laquelle sont dispos\u00e9es des tranches de fruit\u00a0: puisque tout a \u00e9t\u00e9 cuit ensemble, il s\u2019agit d\u2019un mets unique, dont la <em>berakha<\/em> est <em>M\u00e9zonot<\/em>. Quant \u00e0 la b\u00e9n\u00e9diction finale\u00a0: si l\u2019on a mang\u00e9 un <em>kaza\u00eft <\/em>de p\u00e2te, on dira <em>\u2018Al hami\u2018hia<\/em> sur le g\u00e2teau. Si l\u2019on n\u2019a pas mang\u00e9 un <em>kaza\u00eft <\/em>de p\u00e2te, mais que, avec la farce ou les fruits, on ait mang\u00e9 un <em>kaza\u00eft<\/em>, on dira <em>Bor\u00e9 n\u00e9fachot <\/em>(cf. ci-dessus, chap. 10, note 14).<\/p>\n<p>Mais si l\u2019on a d\u2019abord cuit la base de p\u00e2te, que l\u2019on ait ensuite plac\u00e9 sur elle de la cr\u00e8me fouett\u00e9e, de la glace, du fromage ou de la <em>jelly<\/em>, et que cet \u00e9l\u00e9ment surajout\u00e9 sur la p\u00e2te soit en grande quantit\u00e9, cet \u00e9l\u00e9ment surajout\u00e9 poss\u00e8de une importance propre, puisque les deux choses n\u2019ont pas cuit ensemble. Aussi faut-il r\u00e9citer deux b\u00e9n\u00e9dictions sur ce g\u00e2teau\u00a0(<em>Michna Beroura<\/em> 168, 45). De m\u00eame pour la <em>berakha<\/em> finale\u00a0: on dira celle de chaque \u00e9l\u00e9ment s\u00e9par\u00e9ment\u00a0: <em>\u2018Al hami\u2018hia<\/em> sur le <em>kaza\u00eft<\/em> de p\u00e2te, <em>Bor\u00e9 n\u00e9fachot <\/em>sur le <em>kaza\u00eft <\/em>qui la surplombe.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Glace en cornet<\/strong>, lequel est fait \u00e0 partir de c\u00e9r\u00e9ales\u00a0: si l\u2019on estime que le cornet est accessoire, et que tout son propos est de soutenir la glace, on dit <em>Ch\u00e9hakol<\/em> sur la glace, ce par quoi on exempte le cornet. Mais si l\u2019on porte un int\u00e9r\u00eat au go\u00fbt du cornet, il appara\u00eet que celui-ci a, lui aussi, une importance\u00a0; on devra donc r\u00e9citer la b\u00e9n\u00e9diction du cornet, de m\u00eame que celle de la glace. Du point de vue de l\u2019ordre de priorit\u00e9 entre b\u00e9n\u00e9dictions, il serait pr\u00e9f\u00e9rable, de prime abord, de dire <em>M\u00e9zonot<\/em> sur le cornet en premier lieu\u00a0; mais s\u2019il n\u2019est pas pratique de commencer par la consommation du cornet, on dira d\u2019abord <em>Ch\u00e9hakol<\/em>, et l\u2019on mangera de la glace\u00a0; puis, quand on arrivera au cornet, on dira <em>M\u00e9zonot <\/em>et l\u2019on croquera dans le cornet. \u00c0 la fin, on dira <em>Bor\u00e9 n\u00e9fachot<\/em> (mais si l\u2019on estime que l\u2019on a mang\u00e9 un <em>kaza\u00eft<\/em> de cornet, on dira aussi <em>\u2018Al hami\u2018hia<\/em>\u00a0; cf. ci-dessus, chap. 10 \u00a7 11).<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Creambo&lt;<sup><a id=\"_te01ftnref11_f\" class=\"aup1\" href=\"#_te01ftn11_f\">[f]<\/a><\/sup>\u00a0: puisque la cr\u00e8me fouett\u00e9e importe aussi bien que le biscuit qui en constitue la base, il faut dire <em>Ch\u00e9hakol<\/em> sur la cr\u00e8me, et <em>M\u00e9zonot<\/em> sur le biscuit. \u00c0 la fin, on dira <em>Bor\u00e9 n\u00e9fachot<\/em> sur la cr\u00e8me, mais on ne dira pas de b\u00e9n\u00e9diction sur le biscuit, car il n\u2019y a pas un <em>kaza\u00eft <\/em>de biscuit (volume de la moiti\u00e9 d\u2019un \u0153uf) dans un Creambo.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Mais quant aux grandes <strong>gaufrettes-cigares<\/strong>, faites \u00e0 base de farine et fourr\u00e9es de glace, puisque la gaufrette enveloppe la glace, elles forment un seul et m\u00eame aliment\u00a0; la b\u00e9n\u00e9diction est donc <em>M\u00e9zonot<\/em>. \u00c0 la fin, si l\u2019on a mang\u00e9 le volume d\u2019un demi-\u0153uf de la partie biscuit, on dira <em>\u2018Al hami\u2018hia<\/em>, ce qui couvrira aussi la glace. Si l\u2019on a mang\u00e9 moins de biscuit que cela, mais que, avec la glace, on ait mang\u00e9 le volume d\u2019un demi-\u0153uf, on dira <em>Bor\u00e9 n\u00e9fachot<sup><a id=\"_te01ftnref11_6\" class=\"aup1\" href=\"#_te01ftn11_6\">[6]<\/a><\/sup>.<br \/>\n<\/em><\/p>\n<div>\n<hr size=\"1\" \/>\n<div><a id=\"_te01ftn11_f\" href=\"#_te01ftnref11_f\">[f]<\/a>. Ou <em>Krembo\u00a0<\/em>: sorte de t\u00eate-de-n\u00e8gre molle, cr\u00e8me fouett\u00e9e napp\u00e9e de chocolat, sur une mince base de biscuit. Populaire en Isra\u00ebl.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><a id=\"_te01ftn11_6\" href=\"#_te01ftnref11_6\">[6]<\/a>. <strong>Sandwich \u00e0 la glace<\/strong> (ce qu\u2019en Isra\u00ebl on nomme <em>cassata<\/em>), consistant en deux biscuits qui entourent de la cr\u00e8me glac\u00e9e\u00a0: bien que la partie biscuit soit importante, la glace, parce qu\u2019elle est en grande quantit\u00e9, poss\u00e8de une importance autonome. Or il ressort du <em>Michna Beroura<\/em> 168, 45 que, si les deux \u00e9l\u00e9ments n\u2019ont pas \u00e9t\u00e9 cuits ensemble, ils ne constituent pas un seul et m\u00eame aliment. De m\u00eame, le <em>\u2018Hay\u00e9 Adam<\/em> 51, 13 nous dit que, d\u00e8s lors que les deux \u00e9l\u00e9ments sont consid\u00e9rables, aucun d\u2019eux n\u2019est l\u2019accessoire de l\u2019autre. On dira donc d\u2019abord <em>M\u00e9zonot<\/em>, on go\u00fbtera le biscuit, puis on dira <em>Ch\u00e9hakol<\/em> et l\u2019on go\u00fbtera la glace. \u00c0 la fin, si l\u2019on a mang\u00e9 un <em>kaza\u00eft <\/em>de biscuit, on dira <em>\u2018Al hami\u2018hia<\/em>, ce par quoi l\u2019on exemptera la glace, puisque l\u2019on peut soutenir que l\u2019un et l\u2019autre forment un m\u00eame aliment. Si l\u2019on n\u2019a pas mang\u00e9 un <em>kaza\u00eft <\/em>de biscuit, mais que, avec la glace, on ait mang\u00e9 un <em>kaza\u00eft<\/em> de l\u2019ensemble, on dira <em>Bor\u00e9 n\u00e9fachot<\/em>, puisqu\u2019il s\u2019agit somme toute d\u2019un m\u00eame aliment (comme nous le voyons ci-dessus, chap. 10, note 14).<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Mais s\u2019agissant des glaces en cornet dont il a \u00e9t\u00e9 question plus haut, le glace et le cornet ne forment pas un m\u00eame aliment (car le diam\u00e8tre du cornet est grand, et en g\u00e9n\u00e9ral la glace d\u00e9passe la hauteur du cornet).
