Certains Richonim estiment, il est vrai, que, puisque l\u2019on s\u2019est tromp\u00e9 au cours de la b\u00e9n\u00e9diction elle-m\u00eame, aussi bien dans son intention que dans sa parole, on ne saurait \u00eatre quitte (c\u2019est ce qui ressort de Rachi et de <em>Tossephot<\/em>). Mais en raison du doute, la majorit\u00e9 des Richonim d\u00e9cident que l\u2019on est quitte de son obligation (Raavad et Roch, d\u2019apr\u00e8s les Gu\u00e9onim et le Rif\u00a0; et c\u2019est en ce sens que tranchent le <em>Choul\u2018han \u2018Aroukh <\/em>209, 2 et le <em>Michna Beroura<\/em> 5-6).<\/p>\n<p>Si l\u2019on a un verre d\u2019eau en main, et que l\u2019on ait dit toute la b\u00e9n\u00e9diction de l\u2019eau, comme il convenait, mais que, apr\u00e8s avoir termin\u00e9 de la r\u00e9citer, on s\u2019\u00e9gare et que l\u2019on ajoute, croyant se corriger, les mots <em>bor\u00e9 peri hagu\u00e9fen\u00a0<\/em>: certains auteurs estiment que l\u2019on n\u2019est point quitte, puisque l\u2019on a d\u00e9cid\u00e9 d\u2019achever la <em>berakha<\/em> par la mention du vin, et que la <em>berakha<\/em> du vin ne saurait couvrir la consommation de l\u2019eau (Raavad, Rabbi Zera\u2018hia Hal\u00e9vi). D\u2019autres pensent que, puisque l\u2019on avait d\u2019abord dit sa b\u00e9n\u00e9diction correctement, on s\u2019\u00e9tait d\u00e9j\u00e0 rendu quitte de son obligation, et qu\u2019en se \u00ab\u00a0corrigeant\u00a0\u00bb ensuite, on n\u2019a pas pu invalider la <em>berakha<\/em> que l\u2019on avait d\u00e9j\u00e0 valablement conclue (Na\u2018hmanide, d\u2019apr\u00e8s les Gu\u00e9onim). Puisque, en cas de doute portant sur une b\u00e9n\u00e9diction, on est indulgent, il faut consid\u00e9rer que l\u2019on est quitte<sup><a id=\"_te01ftnref12_11\" class=\"aup1\" href=\"#_te01ftn12_11\">[11]<\/a><\/sup>.<\/p>\n<div>\n<hr size=\"1\" \/>\n<div>\n<p><a id=\"_te01ftn12_i\" href=\"#_te01ftnref12_i\">[i]<\/a>. On appelle cette pause rapide, qui n\u2019est pas consid\u00e9r\u00e9e comme une interruption,<em> tokh ked\u00e9 dibour<\/em> (litt. \u00ab\u00a0tout en parlant\u00a0\u00bb, c\u2019est-\u00e0-dire \u00ab\u00a0sur le mode d\u2019une parole continue\u00a0\u00bb). La pause ne doit pas \u00eatre plus longue que le temps n\u00e9cessaire pour dire \u00ab\u00a0<em>Chalom \u2018al\u00e9kha<\/em>, Rabbi\u00a0\u00bb (\u00ab\u00a0Bonjour \u00e0 toi, mon ma\u00eetre\u00a0\u00bb).<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><a id=\"_te01ftn12_11\" href=\"#_te01ftnref12_11\">[11]<\/a>. Si l\u2019on a pris en main un verre d\u2019eau, et que l\u2019on ait dit les mots <em>Baroukh Ata Ado-na\u00ef, Elo-h\u00e9nou, M\u00e9lekh ha\u2019olam<\/em> tout en pensant terminer par <em>ch\u00e9hakol nihya bidvaro<\/em>, et que l\u2019on ait finalement dit, par erreur, <em>bor\u00e9 peri hagu\u00e9fen<\/em>\u00a0: selon la majorit\u00e9 des d\u00e9cisionnaires, on n\u2019est pas quitte, puisque, en pratique, on a dit une b\u00e9n\u00e9diction erron\u00e9e (Raavad\u00a0; Roch\u00a0; Rachba). Selon Ma\u00efmonide, l\u2019intention, form\u00e9e au d\u00e9but de la b\u00e9n\u00e9diction, de la r\u00e9citer comme il convient, est efficace pour acquitter de son obligation celui qui l\u2019a dite, quoiqu\u2019il n\u2019ait pas effectivement prononc\u00e9 le texte ad\u00e9quat. Certains auteurs, en raison du doute, donnent pour directive de ne pas r\u00e9p\u00e9ter la b\u00e9n\u00e9diction (<em>Choul\u2018han \u2018Aroukh<\/em> 209, 1). Mais en pratique, nombreux sont les auteurs qui estiment que l\u2019on n\u2019est point quitte, et qu\u2019il faut donc la r\u00e9p\u00e9ter (<em>Tour\u00e9 Zahav\u00a0<\/em>; <em>Maguen Avraham\u00a0<\/em>;
