Apr\u00e8s la lecture, on enroule de nouveau la M\u00e9guila, de la fin jusqu\u2019au d\u00e9but, car c\u2019est l\u2019honneur que l\u2019on doit \u00e0 cet \u00e9crit que de ne pas le laisser ouvert\u00a0; ce n\u2019est qu\u2019apr\u00e8s avoir termin\u00e9 cet enroulement que l\u2019officiant r\u00e9citera la b\u00e9n\u00e9diction <em>Harav et riv\u00e9nou <\/em>(<em>Choul\u2019han \u2018Aroukh<\/em> 690, 17, <em>Michna Beroura<\/em> 55-56, <em>Kaf Ha\u2019ha\u00efm <\/em>102-105).<\/p>\n<p>La mitsva d\u2019\u00e9couter la M\u00e9guila s\u2019accomplit assis ou debout\u00a0; seul celui qui donne lecture au public (le <em>ba\u2019al qria<\/em>) a l\u2019obligation de se tenir debout, en raison de l\u2019honneur d\u00fb \u00e0 l\u2019assembl\u00e9e (<em>Choul\u2019han \u2018Aroukh<\/em> 690, 1). Quand les b\u00e9n\u00e9dictions sont lues, la majorit\u00e9 des communaut\u00e9s ont coutume de se lever (<em>Michna Beroura<\/em> 690, 1, <em>Ben Ich \u2018Ha\u00ef, Tetsav\u00e9<\/em> 4, cf. <em>Kaf Ha\u2019ha\u00efm<\/em> 2).<\/p>\n<p>On lit la M\u00e9guila en respectant les signes musicaux (<em>te\u2019amim<\/em>)\u00a0; a posteriori, quand personne ne sait assurer la lecture en chantant selon le <em>te\u2019amim<\/em>, on peut lire la M\u00e9guila sans cela (<em>Choul\u2019han \u2018Aroukh<\/em> 690, 1).<\/p>\n<p>Il faut lire la M\u00e9guila dans l\u2019ordre o\u00f9 les versets sont \u00e9crits. S\u2019ils ont \u00e9t\u00e9 lus dans le d\u00e9sordre, on n\u2019est pas quitte. Par exemple, si l\u2019on n\u2019a pas entendu un mot, ou un verset, lu par le lecteur, on ne se dira pas\u00a0: \u00ab\u00a0Continuons d\u2019\u00e9couter la M\u00e9guila jusqu\u2019\u00e0 la fin\u00a0; je compl\u00e9terai ensuite ce que j\u2019ai manqu\u00e9.\u00a0\u00bb On devra combler le manque imm\u00e9diatement, jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce qu\u2019on rejoigne l\u2019endroit o\u00f9 se trouve le lecteur, puis continuer d\u2019\u00e9couter la lecture, dans l\u2019ordre, jusqu\u2019\u00e0 la fin de la M\u00e9guila<sup><a href='#_te01ftn15_14' id='_te01ftnref15_14' class='aup1'>[14]<\/a><\/sup>.<\/p>\n<p>Si l\u2019on s\u2019est assoupi au cours de la lecture de la M\u00e9guila, on n\u2019est pas quitte, car il est certain que certains mots n\u2019auront pas \u00e9t\u00e9 entendus (<em>Choul\u2019han \u2018Aroukh<\/em> 690, 12). Comme nous l\u2019avons vu (\u00a7 9), m\u00eame si l\u2019on ne comprend pas l\u2019h\u00e9breu, on s\u2019acquitte de son obligation en \u00e9coutant la M\u00e9guila dans sa version originale h\u00e9bra\u00efque.<\/p>\n<p>A priori, il faut lire la M\u00e9guila de mani\u00e8re continue. A posteriori, si l\u2019on s\u2019est interrompu tout en restant silencieux, et m\u00eame si l\u2019on a parl\u00e9, on n\u2019a point perdu le b\u00e9n\u00e9fice de ce que l\u2019on a lu, et l\u2019on pourra poursuivre \u00e0 partir de l\u2019endroit o\u00f9 l\u2019on s\u2019\u00e9tait interrompu (<em>Choul\u2019han \u2018Aroukh<\/em> 690, 5\u00a0; cf. <em>Michna Beroura<\/em> 18 et <em>Choul\u2019han \u2018Aroukh, Ora\u2019h \u2018Ha\u00efm<\/em> 65).<\/p>\n<p>Si l\u2019on \u00e9coute la M\u00e9guila par le biais d\u2019appareils \u00e9lectriques, tels que le t\u00e9l\u00e9phone, la radio, un haut-parleur, de nombreux d\u00e9cisionnaires estiment que l\u2019on n\u2019est pas quitte. En effet, ces appareils recueillent le son en tant que signaux \u00e9lectriques, puis le retraduisent en tant que son nouveau\u00a0; cela reviendrait \u00e0 \u00e9couter une M\u00e9guila enregistr\u00e9e, cas dans lequel on ne s\u2019acquitte pas. A priori, il y a lieu de tenir compte de cet avis<sup><a href='#_te01ftn15_15' id='_te01ftnref15_15' class='aup1'>[15]<\/a><\/sup>.<\/p>\n<div>\n<hr size=\"1\" \/>\n<div>\n<a href='#_te01ftnref15_14' id='_te01ftn15_14'>[14]<\/a>. Si l\u2019on est en retard \u00e0 la synagogue, et que, au moment o\u00f9 l\u2019on arrive, la lecture de la M\u00e9guila ait d\u00e9j\u00e0 commenc\u00e9, on ne se dira pas\u00a0: \u00ab\u00a0J\u2019\u00e9couterai la M\u00e9guila, puis je comblerai les premiers versets\u00a0\u00bb, car cela reviendrait \u00e0 lire le texte dans le d\u00e9sordre (<em>l\u00e9mafr\u00e9\u2019a<\/em>). Si l\u2019on craint de ne pas avoir, par la suite, de possibilit\u00e9 d\u2019entendre la M\u00e9guila, on r\u00e9citera imm\u00e9diatement les b\u00e9n\u00e9dictions, puis on commencera \u00e0 lire les versets \u00e0 voix basse, de mani\u00e8re articul\u00e9e, dans un livre imprim\u00e9, jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que l\u2019on rejoigne le lecteur\u00a0; puis on \u00e9coutera la suite, de la bouche du lecteur. Cela, \u00e0 la condition que l\u2019on entende <em>la majorit\u00e9<\/em> de la M\u00e9guila de la bouche du lecteur.<\/p>\n<p>Si l\u2019on craint que, le temps de rechercher le texte des b\u00e9n\u00e9dictions, le lecteur avance tellement dans sa lecture que l\u2019on ne puisse le rattraper avant le milieu du texte, et que, d\u2019autre part, on ne trouve pas d\u2019autre possibilit\u00e9 d\u2019accomplir ensuite la mitsva, il sera pr\u00e9f\u00e9rable d\u2019entreprendre imm\u00e9diatement la lecture de la M\u00e9guila, sans r\u00e9citer les b\u00e9n\u00e9dictions introductives, afin de rejoindre le lecteur avant que celui-ci n\u2019ait atteint la moiti\u00e9 du texte. Ainsi, on accomplira la mitsva (cf. <em>B\u00e9our Halakha<\/em> 690, 3 \u05d3\u00a0\u00bb\u05d4 \u05d5\u05d3\u05d5\u05d5\u05e7\u05d0).<\/p>\n<p><a href='#_te01ftnref15_15' id='_te01ftn15_15'>[15]<\/a>. Cf. <em>Pnin\u00e9 Halakha, Berakhot<\/em> (Lois des b\u00e9n\u00e9dictions) 12, 10, o\u00f9 il est dit que les d\u00e9cisionnaires sont partag\u00e9s \u00e0 cet \u00e9gard\u00a0: pour le Rav Kook, en <em>Ora\u2019h Michpat<\/em> 48, et le Rav Tsvi Pessa\u2019h Frank, en <em>Miqra\u00e9 Qodech<\/em> 11, on s\u2019acquitte ainsi. C\u2019est aussi en ce sens que penche le <em>Igrot Moch\u00e9, Ora\u2019h \u2018Ha\u00efm<\/em> II 108 et IV 91, 4. Face \u00e0 eux, le <em>Michpet\u00e9 Ouziel<\/em>, le <em>Min\u2019hat Chelomo<\/em> I 9 et le <em>Ye\u2019hav\u00e9 Da\u2019at<\/em> III 54 estiment que l\u2019on n\u2019est point quitte. A priori, il ne faut pas s\u2019acquitter de la mitsva \u00e0 l\u2019aide d\u2019appareils \u00e9lectriques.
