Pour la m\u00eame raison, il faut d\u2019abord verser l\u2019eau bouillante sur l\u2019\u00e9vier, et ensuite seulement sur le plan de travail, en commen\u00e7ant par les endroits qui sont les plus proches de l\u2019\u00e9vier, et de l\u00e0, en poursuivant par les endroits plus \u00e9loign\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>La coutume rigoureuse, quant \u00e0 elle, consiste, en plus du jet d\u2019eau bouillante, \u00e0 mettre dans l\u2019\u00e9vier un bac d\u2019\u00e9vier amovible en plastique, ou \u00e0 recouvrir l\u2019\u00e9vier de papier aluminium \u00e9pais, pour former s\u00e9paration entre l\u2019\u00e9vier, qui avait absorb\u00e9 du \u2018hamets, et les ustensiles de Pessa\u2019h. Mais si l\u2019\u00e9vier est de porcelaine, plusieurs d\u00e9cisionnaires estiment qu\u2019il est de m\u00eame statut que l\u2019argile, de sorte que l\u2019\u00e9chaudage ne sera pas efficace\u00a0; il faudra donc installer une s\u00e9paration entre l\u2019\u00e9vier et les ustensiles de Pessa\u2019h\u00a0: bac de plastique dont on rev\u00eat l\u2019int\u00e9rieur de l\u2019\u00e9vier, ou papier aluminium \u00e9pais. Et m\u00eame si le go\u00fbt n\u2019en \u00e9tait pas d\u00e9natur\u00e9, il le serait d\u00e8s l\u2019expiration de vingt-quatre heures. Certes, selon le Rama, la transmission d\u2019un go\u00fbt de \u2018hamets alt\u00e9r\u00e9 est interdite \u00e0 Pessa\u2019h. Mais ici, tout au plus, nous aurons une absorption au troisi\u00e8me degr\u00e9 (<em>nat bar nat bar nat<\/em>).
