Table \u00e0 manger"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Autrefois, on avait l\u2019habitude de cach\u00e9riser les tables \u00e0 manger en y versant de l\u2019eau bouillante. Certains, rigoureux, op\u00e9raient cette cach\u00e9risation en versant de l\u2019eau bouillante dont on rehaussait la temp\u00e9rature par une pierre chauff\u00e9e \u00e0 blanc, afin que la cach\u00e9risation se f\u00eet au degr\u00e9 de <em>keli richon<\/em>. Mais les tables, de nos jours, sont d\u00e9licates et fragiles\u00a0; si l\u2019on y versait de l\u2019eau bouillante, elles s\u2019ab\u00eemeraient\u00a0: soit qu\u2019elles gonfleraient, soit que leur rev\u00eatement se d\u00e9tacherait.<\/p>\n<p>Aussi, l\u2019essentiel est-il de bien nettoyer la table, puis d\u2019y coller une nappe de plastique ou de papier, afin de former une s\u00e9paration fixe entre la table, d\u2019une part, et les ustensiles et aliments de Pessa\u2019h d\u2019autre part. Sur cette nappe de plastique ou de papier, on \u00e9tendra une nappe de tissu. Il est bon d\u2019avoir soin de ne pas poser de marmites fumantes directement sur la table.<\/p>\n<p>Les nappes de table sur lesquelles on a mang\u00e9 du \u2018hamets peuvent \u00eatre lav\u00e9es \u00e0 la machine\u00a0: de cette fa\u00e7on, elles seront rendues cach\u00e8res pour Pessa\u2019h.<\/p>\n<p>Si l\u2019on souhaite p\u00e9trir de la p\u00e2te durant Pessa\u2019h, il faut pr\u00e9voir d\u2019autres surfaces, car il est difficile d\u2019adapter les tables de cuisine ou de salle \u00e0 manger au p\u00e9trissage de la p\u00e2te.<\/p>\n<p>Une table sur laquelle, tout au long de l\u2019ann\u00e9e, on ne pose pas d\u2019aliments \u2018hamets\u00a0chauds, et o\u00f9 l\u2019on ne trouve pas non plus de rainures, doit \u00eatre bien nettoy\u00e9e, et il n\u2019est pas besoin de la recouvrir<sup><a href='#_te01ftn11_8' id='_te01ftnref11_8' class='aup1'>[8]<\/a><\/sup>.<\/p>\n<div>\n<hr size=\"1\" \/>\n<div>\n<a href='#_te01ftnref11_8' id='_te01ftn11_8'>[8]<\/a>. Selon le <em>Choul\u2019han \u2018Aroukh<\/em> 451, 20, on a l\u2019habitude de verser de l\u2019eau bouillante sur les tables, car il arrive que s\u2019y renverse de la soupe \u2018hamets. Le <em>Michna Beroura<\/em> 114 ajoute que, selon le Mahari Weil 193, puisque l\u2019on pose parfois des quiches chaudes sur les tables, celles-ci absorbent le go\u00fbt du \u2018hamets \u00e0 un degr\u00e9 de <em>keli richon<\/em>. Aussi faut-il y verser de l\u2019eau dont l\u2019\u00e9bullition soit rehauss\u00e9e par une pierre chauff\u00e9e \u00e0 blanc. Au paragraphe 17, le <em>Michna Beroura<\/em> \u00e9crit que les plaques sur lesquelles on dispose de la p\u00e2te, tout au long de l\u2019ann\u00e9e, requi\u00e8rent un \u00e9chaudage, car on y laisse reposer la p\u00e2te jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce qu\u2019elle fermente, ce qui les rend assimilables \u00e0 l\u2019ustensile ou se pr\u00e9pare le levain. Selon le Rama, la coutume est de ne point se servir, pour y p\u00e9trir de la p\u00e2te en vue de Pessa\u2019h, des tables o\u00f9 l\u2019on a l\u2019habitude de p\u00e9trir durant l\u2019ann\u00e9e, car elles n\u00e9cessiteraient un chauffage \u00e0 blanc l\u00e9ger. De m\u00eame, pour l\u2019ustensile o\u00f9 se pr\u00e9pare le levain\u00a0: pour le Rama, au paragraphe 16, on a coutume de le cach\u00e9riser par chauffage \u00e0 blanc l\u00e9ger.<\/p>\n<p>Toutefois, il est clair qu\u2019il faut distinguer les tables de l\u2019\u00e9poque des Richonim, qui \u00e9taient de bois \u00e9pais et fort, et pouvaient supporter un jet d\u2019eau bouillante \u00e0 l\u2019aide d\u2019une pierre chauff\u00e9e \u00e0 blanc, de nos tables en agglom\u00e9r\u00e9 ou en \u00ab\u00a0sandwich\u00a0\u00bb et rev\u00eatues de formica, de feuille de bois, ou d\u2019autres mati\u00e8res de ce genre. Par ailleurs, si l\u2019on s\u2019en tient \u00e0 la stricte obligation, on peut, en cas de n\u00e9cessit\u00e9, se fonder sur <em>l\u2019usage majoritaire<\/em> de la table, lequel est \u00e0 froid. Aussi le <em>Choul\u2019han \u2018Aroukh<\/em> \u00e9crit-il que \u00ab\u00a0l\u2019on a <em>l\u2019habitude<\/em> d\u2019y verser de l\u2019eau bouillante\u00a0\u00bb, ce qui laisse entendre que ce n\u2019est pas une stricte obligation. Du point de vue du Rama lui-m\u00eame, qui tient compte des usages minoritaires de la table, si l\u2019on isole la table des aliments de Pessa\u2019h, en y installant une surface de plastique ou de papier, il n\u2019est plus \u00e0 craindre que quelque go\u00fbt de \u2018hamets, incrust\u00e9 dans la table, ne traverse cette surface, en particulier si l\u2019on veille \u00e0 ne pas poser directement sur la table des marmites fumantes, et que, chaque fois qu\u2019une marmite est apport\u00e9e \u00e0 table, on la d\u00e9pose sur une assiette ou quelque autre dessous de plat. De plus, puisque les tables d\u2019aujourd\u2019hui sont plus sensibles, on ne d\u00e9pose plus gu\u00e8re de marmites fumantes directement sur la table.
